Trigger Point Dry Needling
Trigger point dry needling involves the use of thin, sterile needles inserted into specific muscle knots, known as trigger points. This technique helps release tight muscles, decrease pain, and restore normal movement. It is commonly used to treat musculoskeletal pain and improve function.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
IASTM is a manual therapy technique that uses specialized tools to gently massage and mobilize soft tissues. This approach helps break down scar tissue, improve tissue flexibility, and accelerate healing. IASTM is effective for treating chronic pain, sports injuries, and soft tissue restrictions.

Cupping
Cupping therapy uses special cups placed on the skin to create gentle suction. This process helps increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation. Cupping can be beneficial for relieving pain, improving mobility, and supporting overall wellness.
Recovery Packages
Our recovery package includes 10 sessions with Normatec Compression Boots, Gameready, and/or Electrical Stimulation for muscle recovery. Normatec uses dynamic air compression to increase circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and accelerate recovery by helping remove metabolic waste from tissues. GameReady combines cold therapy and compression to decrease inflammation, reduce swelling, and relieve pain, promoting faster healing after injury or intense activity. Electrical stimulation (e-stim) sends mild electrical impulses to muscles, which can decrease pain, improve circulation, reduce muscle spasms, and promote tissue healing.

Firefly Recovery Device
The Firefly device is a portable neuromuscular stimulation tool designed to aid muscle recovery. It works by delivering gentle electrical impulses to stimulate the peroneal nerve in the lower extremity and radial nerve in the upper extremity. The stimulation increases blood flow throughout the body. This enhanced circulation helps reduce muscle soreness, decrease swelling, and accelerate the removal of metabolic waste products, supporting faster recovery after exercise or injury. The Firefly device is often used by athletes and patients to promote active recovery without restricting movement.
